Pricing questions
The short version: pay per event, everything’s included.
What counts as a “person”?
Guests get Attend VIP. Vendors, volunteers, speakers and crew get Attend AAA as a person: messaging and the mobile app, not the full console. They all count as a person at $5 each. Full console access is a staff seat, not a person.
How do ticket sales & registration work?
Messaging & Management covers inviting a guest list you already have and running the event. When you want to sell tickets or open public sign-ups, add the Ticket Sales & Registration package: +$499 per event, plus $5 per ticket and Stripe’s processing fees. Ticket revenue lands in your own Stripe account and you keep it — the $5 is our fee for the checkout, inventory and payouts. If you’re only managing a known guest list, you never need it.
Is there a subscription or setup fee?
No. No annual license, no implementation fee, no minimums. You pay per event. Run one a year or one a week — the price is the same each time, and it’s the price on this page.
What’s a staff seat?
A staff seat is full access to the AAA console on web and desktop. Every event includes 1 staff seat; additional seats are $99 per event. Team members who only need messaging and the AAA mobile app are people, not staff seats. Need a lot of seats, SSO, or agency client portals? That’s our Enterprise tier. Just talk to sales.
Do you offer Trade Pricing?
If you’re onselling Attend to a client, yes. We take 20% off the published price so you keep the margin. Trade Pricing uses our standard terms (no custom legal) and covers the software only, not services such as training. Running a lot of events or need client portals? Talk to sales about a multi-event plan.
